    Have been a customer for over 30 years. Just received a notice that they will no longer offer every other week service. Their trucks drive by my home whether my tote is at the curb or not so it does NOT increase their cost or effort for occasional pick up at my home. This year I paid for 8 weeks of service where I had no pick up at all. I DO NOT need weekly service and will not pay this additional service that I do not need.
